The Didimotichon war museum was established in 2000, in a traditional building donated by the mayor of the city.
We can reach the museum via the national highway Alexandroupolis to Orestias. Hotels and restaurants are available both in Didimotichon and Orestias.
The museum is open in working days (except Monday) : 09.00 to 14.00, Wednesdays : 18.00 to 20.00, and Sundays : 11.00 to 14.00.
