On Tuesday, 18 December 2018, Mr. Panos Pahatouridis gave a lecture in HAGS in "PAPAGOU" Camp on the subject "Memories from the Future: Leadership Experiences".

Mr. Panos Pahatouridis is the Europe, Middle East, and Africa Growth Manager for Facebook.

From 2012 to 2017, he was Strategic Partnerships Manager for SE Europe and Sub Saharan Africa for Google. Previously, he worked for JP Morgan in New York, while in 2008 he co-founded Media Society, the first Greek TV ad localisation company.

During his lecture, he referred, among others, to the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership, as well as in the everyday operation of an organisation in general.

He also referred to strong will as a driving force that pushes organisations to evolve.
