On Tuesday, 12 December 2022, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, accompanied by the Commanding General of C Army Corps/NRDC-GR "MEGAS ALEXANDROS", Lieutenant General Sotirios Kostakoglou, visited the headquarters of the Service Support Division and the Hellenic Army War College, where he exchanged wishes with the personnel in view of the Christmas and New Year’s holidays and thanked them for their work.

Subsequently, the Chief, as representative of the Chief of Hellenic National Defence General Staff, attended the opening ceremony of the full energy upgrade project of the buildings of the 424th Army Training General Hospital.

On Monday, 12 December 2022, the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands had at its headquarters the annual meeting of its Formation Commanders.

Before the meeting, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, addressed them and thanked the personnel for their work and provided guidelines for the fulfilment of their mission.

The meeting, which was held under the Commanding General of the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands “AEGEAS”, Lieutenant General Dimitrios Choupis, included a briefing on the implementation progress of the Formations’ goal-setting and remaining works, as well as a presentation and examination of the main challenges facing them.
