On 3 and 4 January 2023, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, visited the Area of Responsibility of the Hellenic First Army/EU-OHQ “ACHILLEAS”.

More specifically, on 3 January 2023, the Chief, accompanied by the Commanding General of D Army Corps “THRAKI”, Lieutenant General Ioannis Tsioplos, visited Formations, military installations, and Surveillance Outposts in the Corps's Area of Responsibility.

Then, on 4 January 2023, accompanied by the Commanding General of the Hellenic First Army/EU-OHQ “ACHILLEAS”, Lieutenant General Angelos Choudeloudis, and the Commanding General of C Army Corps, Lieutenant General Sotirios Kostakoglou, he visited the headquarters of the 9th Motorised Infantry Brigade “ANDRIANOUPOLI”, as well as Groups and Surveillance Outposts in the Formation's Area of Responsibility.
