The Personnel Support Offices of HAGS and the Formations were established in March 2017, giving Army personnel the ability to immediately solve personal and service problems. Their purpose is not to bypass the chain of command, but rather to immediately deal with personnel problems which, due to their nature, are not within the abilities of the intermediate levels.
