US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) CSM visit to HAGS

The US Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) CSM, Command Sergeant Major (CSM) David S. Davenport, visited HAGS on 26 and 27 March 2018. During his visit, he met with Chief HAGS, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, and the Command Adjutant of HAGS, Warrant Officer (Signals) Loukas Tsiamantas.

His visiting programme included a visit to the Hellenic Career NCO School, where he was briefed on the School’s mission and the cycles of training and education, and discussions were held on NCO cooperation, with co-training in Greece and abroad.

He gave a speech before the School’s cadets and personnel, on the mission accomplished in his Command, the organisation of NCO training, and he underlined the characteristics a modern NCO should have.

Finally, in the margins of his visit, he met with the School’s cadets, he discussed with them and answered their questions.

He stated that he was impressed by his visit at the School, praised the high level of its cadets and highlighted the School’s task.
