On Thursday, 8 December 2022, a ceremony was held at Camp “LOHAGOU KAPOTA” for the induction of 20 Engineer Machinery – Special-Purpose Vehicles and bridge construction equipment to the Hellenic Army, which were acquired with funding from the 2014-2022 NSRF Programme (valued at €8,990,200) of the Region of Attica, in addition to the 36 Engineer Machinery already received via NSRF Programme.

The ceremony was attended by the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, the Head of the Region of Attica, Giorgos Patoulis, and the Commanding General of the Higher Army Support Military Command “THISEAS”, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis.
