The oath-taking ceremonies of 2026 C Enlistment Series Newly Recruited Soldiers took place on Friday, 26 September 2026.

The oath-taking ceremony at the Newly Recruited Soldier Training Centre in Sparta was attended by the Deputy Minister of National Defence, Mr. Thanasis Davakis, while the oath-taking ceremony at the 585th Motorised Infantry Battalion at Camp “Karageorgiou” in Argos Orestiko was attended by the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis.

The oath-taking ceremonies took place in the presence of Army General Officers, as representatives of the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, state and religious authorities, as well as family members of the soldiers.
