From 22 February to 01 March 2024, within the framework of the Greece – Cyprus – Egypt 2024 Common Action Plan, a training activity was conducted at Camp “ZOGOU” in Nea Santa, Kilkis, for 4 Officers from Egypt and 1 Officer and 1 NCO from Cyprus on “Close Protection Team” tasks.

The training included, among others, sensitive target protection tasks, dismounted protection formations, protection team combat drills, threat response using self defence techniques, basic convoy principles, VIP arrival and departure procedures, small arms fire training, and close quarter battle.
