On Wednesday 15 July 2026, in the presence of the Chief HAGS Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, accompanied by the Commanding General of the Supreme Military Command of the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean “AEGEUS”, Lieutenant General Dimitrios Vakentis, and the Commanding General of the Higher National Guard Battalions Command, “KOS”, Brigadier General Grigorios Garoufalias, a blessing ceremony was held at the renovated Surveillance Outpost “PSERIMOS”, on the islet of Pserimos.

The renovation of “PSERIMOS” surveillance outpost was a donation by the family of Mr. Andreas Martinos, who exclusively paid for all necessary works, decisively contributing to the upgrade of the Outpost’s infrastructure and the improvements of the personnel’s living conditions.
