On Monday, 05 August 2024, a ceremony was held at the Parachutist School in Aspropyrgos, Attica, for the award of the static line parachutist diplomas and badges to graduates of the Basic Parachutist Training Course in the presence of the Chief of Hellenic National Defence General Staff, General Dimitrios Choupis, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, the Hellenic Army Inspector General – Doctrine and Training Commander, Lieutenant General Spyridon Alfantakis, and the Commanding General of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff’s Special Warfare Command, Lieutenant General Prokopios Mavraganis.

The course took place from Monday, 22 July 2024, to Monday, 06 August 2024. Graduates included 55 Hellenic Military Academy cadets, 9 Hellenic Military Academy of Service Support Officers cadets, and 22 Career NCO School students, of which 5 cadets and 2 students from Cyprus.
