In its early days the Finance Corps was staffed by Officers coming from the earlier Commissariat and other services with administrative responsibilities. Then, and up to end of 1972 2nd Lieutenants were commissioned to the Finance Corps, who were graduates or undergraduates of Higher Finance and Law Schools and succeeded in the proclaimed invitations to tender.  
 
From 1973 on, Officers of the Finance Corps come from the Corps Officers Military School and are graduates of the Economic Sciences Department of Finance and Law Sciences School of the Aristotle University of Thessalonica.
 
Moreover, the Finance Corps is staffed by NCOs (Extended Service Volunteers and Professional Soldiers) and Civilians, offering their valuable services for the accomplishment of its mission.
