On Sunday, 27 September 2026, Field Exercises “DYNAMIC RESPONSE 26/2”, “CHIEFTAIN ANDREAS MAKOULIS – 26”, and “MINOTAKIS – 26” took place in the Area of Responsibility of the Supreme Military Command of Thrace in Komotini, Alexandroupolis, and the river Evros delta, respectively, with personnel, National Guardsmen, and assets of the Formations.

The exercises tested operational tasks in order to increase the operational readiness of the Formations.

Field Exercises “DYNAMIC RESPONSE 26/2” and “CHIEFTAIN ANDREAS MAKOULIS – 26” were attended by the Commanding General of the Supreme Military Command of Thrace, Lieutenant General Panagiotis Kavidopoulos, while Field Exercise “MINOTAKIS – 26” was attended by the Commanding General of the XII Mechanised Infantry Division, Major General Pavlos Andrikopoulos.
