From 24 June to 04 July 2022, ceremonies were held at the headquarters of Major Commands, Major Formations, and Formations across Greece for the award of the Officer’s sword to Army Officers other than graduates of the Hellenic Military Academy (Evelpidon) and the Corps Officer Military Academy. At the ceremony of C Army Corps/NRDC-GR “MEGAS ALEXANDROS”, the swords were awarded to the Officers by the Special Secretary of the Ministry of National Defence, Mr. Antonios Ikonomou.

The ceremonies were attended by the military leadership and delegations of officers, as well as family members of the Officers receiving the Officer’s sword.
