On Thursday, 8 December 2022, the oath-taking ceremonies of newly enlisted Professional Soldiers of the Army and the Common Legal Corps took place at the Armour Training Centre in Avlonas, Attica, and the Special Forces Training Centre in Nea Peramos, Attica, in the presence of the Army Inspector General – Commander of the Doctrine and Training Command, Lieutenant General Nikolaos Flaris, and the Commanding General of the Special Warfare Command of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Tsitsikostas, respectively.

A total of 812 Arms and Corps, 182 Special Forces, and 20 Common Legal Corps Professional Soldiers took the oath.
