On 24-27 June 2019, the Hellenic Army Inspector General – Commander of Training and Doctrine, Lieutenant General Antonios Nomikos, in the context of his responsibilities, visited the Area of Responsibility of the D’ Army Corps (“THRAKI”) accompanied by the Commander of the Formation, Lieutenant General Charalambos Lalousis.
The Inspector General inspected Units, premises and Surveillance Outposts of the XVI Infantry Mechanized Division (“DIDIMOTICHO”) and the 50th Mechanized Brigade (“APSOS”).
The visit confirmed the high level of readiness, the proper condition of assets and the excellent morale of the personnel.
