On Thursday 22 February 2018, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, visited the Supreme Joint War College and the Hellenic Army Command and General Staff College.
At the Supreme Joint War College, he has given a lecture entitled “Challenges – Options – Perspectives of the Army”. The Chief stressed the importance of the College, which provides joint training at operational and strategic level and operates as a staff and scientific body on matters of Jointness. He pointed out that the Supreme Joint War College is the place where Jointness develops and evolves.
At the Hellenic Army Command and General Staff College, he wished all the best to Officers of the 30th Course, who began to attend the College on the 20th day of February of 2018. He pointed out that the College is the higher Joint School of the Army and urged Officers – Students to study with particular enthusiasm and dedicate the necessary time to study on the subjects of the training course, fact that will be an investment for the future.
