Within the framework of a series of information lectures established by the Hellenic Army General Staff, on Friday 23 February 2018 the Lieutenant (Supply and Transportation Corps) Stefanos Koukouravas from the Fuel Lines Command presented his master thesis entitled “Impact of Load on the Static Equilibrium of a Fighter’s Body during Firing, with or without Fatigue”.
The master thesis was elaborated during his attendance at the Postgraduate Course on “Applied Kinesiology in the Armed Forces” offered by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the University of Thessaly.
HAGS supports such actions to create synergies between the Army and the Academic Community, because in any case the mutual resulting benefits are numerous. In this view, it encourages the personnel of the Army, in addition to its military training, to participate also in actions and programmes offered by Higher Educational Institutions.
The conclusions of the above master thesis will be processed by the Military Service.
