On Friday, August 31, 2018, a static line jump into the sea from a CH-47D helicopter (CHINOOK) was performed, at an altitude of 1200 feet (approximately 400 meters).
19 members of the Army and 4 members of the Navy participated in the activity, in the context of the 2018 B’ semester Parachutist Capability Maintenance and the Static Line Drop Master Course.
Our personnel, with a high morale and an aggressive spirit, is taught the tactics of using invisible infiltration, through airborne assets.
