On Sunday, 26 June 2022, 180 Μ1117 Armoured Security Vehicles (ASV) were delivered in Thessaloniki, in addition to the 174 already delivered.
The Μ1117s were granted to our country by the US as Excess Defense Articles (EDA) and are used for reconnaissance and area surveillance missions, thus greatly enhancing the Army’s operational capabilities due to their flexibility and superior armour.
The delivery of Μ1117 ASVs will continue according to schedule.
