From 04 to 06 November 2024, trainee Artillery Second Lieutenants and Sergeants of Class of 2024 of the Basic Sections of the Artillery School, conducted training fires with the Μ109Α1B-A2 self-propelled howitzer in the framework of their basic training.

During the fires, the trainees were evaluated and their high level of training became evident during the procedures of Battery deployment, the determination of firing data, and the conduction of observed fires.

In total, 29 Second Lieutenants, of which 3 were from Cyprus, and 26 Sergeants, of which 5 were from Cyprus, participated in the training.
