On Tuesday 27 July 21, at the presence of the Cief/HAGS Lieutenant General Charalambos Laloussis, the inauguration of two Military Housing Quarters complexes of the Athens Garrison took place at the “CPT NIKOLAOS VARITIS” Camp.
In particular, 21 military housing apartments, one of which is suitable for PWD accommodation, were delivered for use, after a complete renovation of older installations. The new Military Housing Quarters fully respond to the modern housing requirements and provide excellent residence conditions for the military personnel and their families.
The inauguration ceremony was also attended by the Army Inspector General – Doctrine and Training Commander Lieutenant General Aggelos Ilaridis, the Commanding General, Higher Army Support Military Command (ASDYS “THESEUS”) Lieutenant General Leonidas Kakavas, and HAGS/Deputy Chief Lieutenant General Georgios Kellis.
