From 27 to 29 August 2024, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, attended the 10th Forum of the Chiefs of Staff of the European Land Forces, which took place in Dresden, Germany.
The purpose of the Forum was to establish a common understanding for dealing with challenges and threats in the wider geostrategic environment of the European region. In particular, the basic capabilities of the Armed Forces, the future of mechanized operations and modern requirements for future leaders have been discussed.
