The Commander of the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands (HMCII “AEGEAS”), Lieutenant General Nikolaos Manolakos visited Units of the HMCII, as follows:
• On Tuesday, 19 June 2018, the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of the 5th Infantry Brigade (5th INF BRIG “V CRETANS DIVISION”).

• On Thursday, 21 June 2018, the AOR of the 79th Higher Command of National Guard Battalions (79 HCNGB “MIKALI”).
The perfect organization, the high level of training and operational readiness, the high morale and the optimism shown by the entire personnel in the conduct of their mission were confirmed.
