On Thursday 10 September 2025, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis conducted a visit to the premises of the 1^st ARMY/EU-ΟHQ “ACHILLEAS”, where he was received by the Commanding General of the 1^ST ARMY/EU-ΟHQ Lieutenant General Stavros Papastathopoulos.

During the visit, the Chief made a brief address and briefed the personnel on the materialisation timetable of the reorganisation, in the framework of the new structure of forces.
