On 10 and 11 April 2019, the Army Inspector General, Lieutenant General Antonios Nomikos, visited the Area of Responsibility of the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands.
The Army Inspector General visited Units, installations, and Surveillance Outposts on islands within the Area of Responsibility of the Higher Military Command of Interior and Islands, including Kos, Karpathos, Nisyros, Symi, Kalymnos, Kalolimnos, Leros, Farmakonisi, Patmos, Agathonisi, Fourni, and Ikaria.
