On Saturday, June 09th 2018, the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, attended the training of Militiamen from the National Guard Battalions of Igoumenitsa, Kalpaki and Corfu, the C’ Army Corps “MEGAS ALEXANDROS”, which was held at the premises of the National Urban Operations Centre of Excellence in Kilkis.

The activity was organized and performed in an exceptional way, based on international urban operations standards, in a contemporary training environment. The optimism, the exceptional discipline and the high morale of our militiamen confirm once again the reason why our National Guard Forces are considered to be amongst the most important Force Multipliers of the Army.
