On 01 and 02 April 2021, the oath-taking ceremonies of 2021 B Enlistment Series recruits took place, following all current health protection protocols to prevent the transmission and spreading of the novel coronavirus.

The oath-taking ceremonies at the 586th Motorised Infantry Battalion and the Artillery Training Centre were attended by the Deputy Minister of National Defence, Mr. Alkiviadis Stefanis, and the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, respectively, who also addressed the recruits.
