In the presence of His Excellency the President of the Hellenic Republic Prokopis Pavlopoulos, the oath taking ceremony of the new Second Lieutenants 2018 Class “Lieutenant General Konstantinos Kallaris” was held at the installations of the Military Academy, at Vari, Attica.

The ceremony was attended by the Minister of National Defence Panos Kammenos, Chief HNDGS Admiral Evangelos Apostolakis HN, Chief of the National Guard General Staff Lieutenant General Ilias Leontaris, Chief HAGS Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, Chief HNGS Vice Admiral Nikolaos Tsounis HN and Chief HAFGS Lieutenant General (AO) Christos Christodoulou.

The swords were awarded to the new Second Lieutenants by His Excellency the President of the Hellenic Republic.
