From 02 to 06 December 2024, the training of 10 Officers of the Egyptian Armed Forces as operators of CH-47D (CHINOOK) Helicopters took place in the flight simulator of the base of the 2nd Army Aviation Group, in Camp “LOHAGOU (ART) SPYRIDON DELAPORTA”, which is located in Pahi Megaron. The training was carried out in the framework of the Military Cooperation Program between Greece and Egypt for the year 2024.
Similarly to the aforementioned training, 10 Greek AH-64D Helicopter operators trained in a simulator in Cairo, Egypt from 14 to 19 November 2024, thus contributing to the strengthening of the bilateral relations between the two countries and gaining significant operational benefits.
