From Monday 19 to Thursday 22 March 2018, in the context of the Army’s  contribution to the society, individuals with Down syndrome and their escorts from ‘’Syndrome Down Greece’’ Association were hosted at the facilities of  the Agios Andreas Army Summer Resort.
During their stay, accommodation and meals were provided at a safe surrounding of special natural beauty.
The Association deserves our congratulations for its social work, and so do  the personnel serving there  for the hospitality and the solidarity spirit demonstrated.
Above all, though, we should congratulate and exthend a big ‘’thank you’’ to the children – members of the Association for the valuable life lesson they taught us.
