The Hellenic Army General Staff, having as a rule the personnel’s Welfare, plans and executes actions, aiming at the personnel’s further training.
In this context, on Wednesday, 07 November 2018, a meeting was held, care of C Army Corps (C ARMY CORPS “MEGAS ALEXANDROS”), in Thessaloniki Guard Officers Club, under the topic “Command on the Basis of the Mission”. The meeting comprised presentations under the following topics:
• Leadership in Thucydides, Inspiration and Culture;
• Leadership Fundamentals;
• Leadership Patterns in the Modern Operational Environment;
• Expression Techniques: How You Can Convey Your Message Effectively;
• Personal Goal Setting in the Working Environment;
• Leadership and Culture.
Distinguished scientists attended the meeting, thus contributing to the strengthening of ties with the citizens of the local and the academic community.
