The summer training of the Hellenic Military Academy (Evelpidon) took place from 26 June to 22 July 2024, in the area of Kanapitsa, Litohoro.

Additionally, from 01 to 10 July 2024, second year Cadets underwent training at the Unorthodox Warfare Training Centre in Redina, Thessaloniki and at the National Urban Warfare Operations Centre of Excellence of the 71st Air Mobile Brigade “PONDOS”.

Military Academy Cadets from Latvia, Norway, Poland, Romania, and Slovakia also took part in the training, from 08 to 17 July 2024.

The training included subjects of individual tactics, fighting techniques, and Company, Platoon, and Group level exercises, both during the day and night. Personnel and assets of the XXIV Armour Brigade “1st CAVALRY REGIMENT – FLORINA” and the 1st Army Aviation Brigade “KILKIS – LAHANA” took part in the training.
