On Friday, 29 January 2021, a ceremony was held at Camp “PAPAGOU” for the graduation of 9 Officers of the 73rd Training Class from the Engineer Officer Technical Training School.
The degrees were awarded to the graduates by the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, who, after congratulating them, referred to the important of the Engineer Corps in the modern operational environment and its multifaceted social contribution across the country, as well as praised the work of the School, which completes 95 years of existence and contribution, providing high-level scientific and technical training to its students.< p/>
Furthermore, the Chief thanked, through the Vice Rector of the National Technical University of Athens and professor of the Engineer Officer Technical Training School, Mr. Evangelos Sapountzakis, all faculty for the teaching work performed at the School, stressing the excellent cooperation between the two scientific institutions.< p/>
