On Thursday, May 24th 2018, Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Alkiviadis Stefanis, attended the final stage of the Field Exercise “PINDOS” (Mechanized Infantry Company Group during Attack) that was held in “PENTALONI” Exercise Field, with the participation of personnel and assets from Units of the 33rd Mechanised Brigade / “KYDONIES REGIMENT”, the 34th Mechanised Brigade / “COL DIALETIS DETACHMENT” and the Kalpaki National Guard Battalion.
The said exercise, which was attended by local residents and schools, constitutes a flagrant example of the excellent cooperation between the Active Army and the participating Militiamen.
We are proud of the permanent personnel, the militiamen and the reservists that participated in the said exercise, of their extremely high morale, their professionalism, the optimism and victorious spirit they demonstrate in all activities.
The Active Army, the Reserve Force and the National Guard safeguard our territorial integrity.
