From 11 to 12 September 2024, within the framework of Confidence-building Measures between Greece and Turkey, the Commander of the 1st Army/EU-OHQ “ACHILLEAS” Lieutenant General Dimokritos Konstantakos, welcomed the Commander of the 1st Army of Turkey based in Constantinople, Major Metin Tokel, at the headquarters of the 1st Army in Larissa.
