The 1st Hellenic Army Youth Innovation Challenge 2025 (HAYIC 2025) was completed, on Tuesday 18 November 2025, in the presence of the Chief of the Hellenic Army General Staff Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, in the premises of the Hellenic Army Academy, in Vari-Attica.
During the conduct of the final phase of the competition, the competing students presented their innovative ideas to the Evaluation Committee. Following that, the organisers announced the results and then they proceeded to the award of the participants in the Academy’s Hall of Honour.
The event was honoured by the presence of representatives of the Chiefs of the Hellenic Navy General Staff and the Hellenic Air Force General Staff, Generals of the Hellenic Army, a representative of the CEO of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Centre for Defence Innovation, active Officers, Directors from the Schools of the participating students, professors and Cadets of the Hellenic Army Academy, as well as other guests.
