Between 09 and 11 of May, as well as between 15 and 16 May 2018, the Commander of the Supreme Military Command of Army Support, Lieutenant General Konstantinos Vasileiadis, visited several Units within the AoR of the  Supreme Military Command of Army Support, at the Prefectures of Xanthe, Rodopi, Evros and Fthiotis.
He visited Logistics Units such as :
– The Army Summer Resort of Karavomylos.
-The 63 Mobilisation Unit, where wartime Army mobilization is held, while during peace time it functions as a link between the active Army and the local society.
– The 301 Base Factory, as well as the 306 Telecommunications Base Factory, which through innovate actions, aiming at the improvement of maintenance and upgrade of Army assets, it succeeds in remarkable fund saving.
During his visit he was briefed by the Commanders on the mission of their Units, he wandered about the factories’ facilities and observed their activities. The personnel of these Units being fully conscious of their mission, has a high morale, is overwhelmed with optimism and provides high level Logistics Support services.
