From 09 to 20 December 2024, in the framework of their basic training, Class of 2024 Second Lieutenants and Sergeants of the Basic Sections of the Infantry School, performed training fires with Infantry Weapons Systems, in Litohoro Firing Range – Proving Ground.

During the fires, the trainees were evaluated and their high level of training in utilising all Infantry Weapons Systems, was verified.

In total, 57 Second Lieutenants, of which 8 were from Cyprus, 26 Infantry Sergeants, of which 7 were from Cyprus, 2 Sergeants (Medical Corps), 1 Sergeant (Postal Service), and 1 Sergeant (Military Secretary) participated in the training/
