On Tuesday 2 September 2025, Chief/HAGS Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, accompanied by the C Army Corps (NRDC-GR) “ALEXANDER THE GREAT” Commanding General Lieutenant General Athanasios Garinis, visited the Hellenic Army War College, in “CHIEFTAIN D. NTALIPIS” Army Camp, in Thessaloniki, where he made a brief address and provided guidelines to the students of the 13th Training Class, which began on Monday 1 September 2025, emphasising the importance of mission based Command.
Subsequently, the Chief visited the Strategic Transports Command, at the “FIGHTER OF THE MACEDONIAN STRUGGLE NIKIPHOROS” Army Camp, in Chalkidona, Thessaloniki, where he was briefed on the mission, operational and training activities of the Strategic Transport Command.
