From 14 to 16 November 2021, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, paid an official visit to Cyprus.
During his visit, the Chief met with the Chief of Cypriot National Guard General Staff, Lieutenant General Dimokritos Zervakis, with whom he exchanged views on matters of mutual interest.
Furthermore, the Chief visited the headquarters of the Hellenic Contingent in Cyprus and all its Units and Independent Subunits, confirming the high level of operational readiness and morale of the personnel, while he also laid a wreath at the Hellenic Contingent in Cyprus Memorial and at the Military Cemetery at the Tomb of Makedonitissa.
