From 20 to 21 May 2025, the Chief/HAGS, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, accompanied by the Commanding General of Hellenic First Army/EU-OHQ, “ACHILLES”, Lieutenant General Stavros Papastathopoulos, the Commanding General of C Army Corps/NRDC-GR “ALEXANDER THE GREAT”, Lieutenant General Athanasios Garinis, and the Commanding General of D Army Corps “THRACE”, Lieutenant General Panagiotis Kavidopoulos, visited the C and D Army Corps Area of Responsibility.

Specifically, on Tuesday 20 May 2025, the Chief visited the headquarters of D Army Corps “THRACE”, of the XXI Armoured Brigade “PINDOS” and of the 29 Motorised Infantry Brigade “POGRADETS”.

On Wednesday 21 May 2025, the Chief visited the headquarters of XX Armoured Brigade “MACEDONIA CAVALRY BRIGADE”, of XXV Armoured Brigade “2nd CAVALRY REGIMENT – EFESSOS”, Units and military installations in the C Army Corps Area of Responsibility.

During his visits, the Chief gave a short address, provided guidelines, and congratulated the personnel on their work.
