On Friday 02 May 2025, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, accompanied by the Commanding General of 1st Army/ EU-ΟHQ “ACHILLEAS” Lieutenant General Stavros Papastathopoulos, and the Commanding General of C Army Corps (C Army Corps/NRDC-GR) “MEGAS ALEXANDROS” Lieutenant General Athanassios Garinis, visited the Area of Responsibility of C Army Corps/NRDC-GR.

In particular, the Chief visited the HQ of the Tactical Command of the 33 Mechanised Infantry Regiment “KYDONIAI REGIMENT”, the 884 Advanced Base Food Supply Depot, and the 652 Advanced Ordnance Depot.

During his visit, the Chief made a brief address, gave his guidelines and congratulated the personnel on its task.
