On Wednesday, 28 February 2024, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis, met with His Beatitude, the Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, Ieronymos II, at the Holy Archbishopric of Athens.

During the meeting, which took place in an excellent atmosphere, the two men discussed matters of mutual interest, while His Beatitude, the Archbishop also congratulated the Chief HAGS on the assumption of his duties, gave him his blessing, and wished him all success in his work.
