From 13 to 15 October, the Chief/HAGS Lieutenant General Georgios Kostidis attended the International Exposition of Defence Armament AUSA 2025, organized by AUSA (Association of U.S. Army) at the Walter Ε. Washington Convention Center in Washington.

More specifically, the Chief attended the inauguration ceremony of the Greek Pavilion at the International Exposition of Defence Armament AUSA 2025, which brought together 13 companies.

During AUSA 2025, the Chief walked around all the premises of the Exposition and had bilateral meetings with the U.S. Army Forces Command General Andrew Poppas, the Deputy Commanding General United States Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Lieutenant General David Francis, as well as with other US Officials. In addition, he met with the Ambassador of Greece to the United States of America, Ms Ekaterini Nassika, with members of the Greek Diaspora, and with Greeks of the Military Diplomatic Mission to Washington.

Matters of mutual interest regarding the strengthening of military cooperation, as well as the prospects of deepening the two countries’ bilateral relations in various fields were discussed during the meetings, which were held in an excellent atmosphere.
