On Thursday, 21 February 2019, the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Georgios Kambas, visited the Area of Responsibility of the 79th Higher National Guard Battalions Command, where he attended the oath-taking ceremony of 2019 A Enlistment Series Newly Recruited Soldiers in “TAGMATARHI (PZ) EMILIOU POULMAN” Camp.
The ceremony was also attended by the local civilian and religious authorities, as well as by family and friends of the Soldiers.
