On Friday 18 May 2018, at the HQ of the Parachutists School in Aspropyrgos – Attica, an award and decoration ceremony took place for the Certificates and Wings of the Free-Fall Parachutist, to members of the army who attended and successfully completed:
– The Free Fall School (2nd training series), which took place from 16 April to 18 May 2018. 11 members of the Armed Forces graduated (9 from the Army, 1 from the Hellenic Navy and 1 from the Air Force).
– The Free-Fall Team Leaders School, which took place from 24 April to 18 May 2018. 5 members of the Armed Forces graduated (3 from the Army and 2 from the Cyprus National Guard General Staff).
We wish to the graduates, who completed a training of high level, good jumps and safe landings.
The award of the certificates and the decoration of wings were conducted by HAGS Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Antonios Nomikos.
