From 04 to 06 November 2024, at the Megara Firing Range, training fires with Μ109Α1B-A2 self-propelled howitzers, were executed by the trainee 2nd Lieutenants (Arty) and Regular Sergeants (Arty) of the 2024 Class, of the Basic Courses of the Artillery School, in the framework of their basic training.
During the fires, an evaluation of the trainees was conducted and the high level of their training was affirmed, in the procedures of regular Battery deployment, determination of fire elements and execution of monitored fires.
The total participating personnel were 29 2nd Lieutenants, of whom 3 were from Cyprus and 26 Regular Sergeants, of whom 5 were from Cyprus.
