On Tuesday, 24 May 2022, a ceremony was held at the Athens Armed Forces Officers’ Club, in the presence of the Chief of Hellenic National Defence General Staff, General Konstantinos Floros, and the Chief of Hellenic Army General Staff, Lieutenant General Charalampos Lalousis, to award appreciation plaques to retired Lieutenant Generals, members of the Supreme Military Council, who were honourably retired in 2022
