On Friday, 5 November 2021, a ceremony was held at Camp “EPILARHOU MELIDI” in Avlonas, Attica, for the opening of the Infantry School’s Technical Training Wing, in the presence of the Army Inspector General – Commander of the Doctrine and Training Command, Lieutenant General Angelos Ilaridis.
The Technical Training Wing is expected to give a new boost and perspective to the Infantry School’s training work, providing realistic field training and promoting and facilitating Infantry – Armour cooperation, since the Armour School is also headquartered in the same Camp.
